Our main work laptop totally froze on Friday afternoon and Geeksquad said it couldn't be fixed. I called Muhammed and he had a tech at our office within an hour. Thankfully it was Friday afternoon, he took it with him, fixed it by Saturday and brought it back to our office this morning (Monday morning). Updated us Saturday afternoon when it was done. The price was reasonable for the personal service and we couldn't be happier. Muhammed and Dinesh the technician we professional and we felt we were in good hands.
